Rolling Stones Memorabilia Makes The Ultimate Gift Idea

What A Great Gift Idea

Finding a the perfect gift for someone is a challenge many of us confront every year. Whether it is for a friend’s birthday, family Christmas day celebrations, wedding or all the other occasions people constantly invite us to. One things for sure we want to give someone a gift that they will love and enjoy for many years and that won’t end up hiding in their closet or donated at the local salvation army because they either didn’t like the gift or have no use for it.

The other problem with finding the perfect gift is the hope that someone else hasn’t picked out the same gift, on multiple occasions I have received the same gift from two different friends, causing an embarrassing situation which makes everyone feel awkward. What i am about to share with you will limit the chances of this ever happening as most people overlook this idea as a gift or because there is so many choices the chances that two people choose the same gift is highly unlikely.

Today I want to share with you the perfect gift idea that I have found. It is great for any occasion and is guaranteed to put a smile on anyones face. This great gift idea is Memorabilia. Signed memorabilia is a great option as it is usually a limited edition item, that will increase in value and is unique. Signed memorabilia also looks great displayed in the home and is guaranteed to blow away any other present given that day. Think about it could you imagine receiving a signed item from your favourite rock star or band, actor or sport star it’s something you will cherish and so will they.

Unfortunately though signed memorabilia can be pricey, depending on who signed it and how popular they are you could be looking at thousands of dollars which might be out of your budget. You may decide to make it a group present, which everyone chips in to purchase the gift of a lifetime. You also may decide to go the cheaper option and purchase memorabilia that is more in your price range but has no value to it except as a great gift. Many of these items can be found at a great price on eBay and still look great and will still be appreciated I assure you.

Memorabilia Comes in all Shapes and Sizes

When it comes to Memorabilia the choices are endless. Signed memorabilia is a bit more personal and you can purchase something like a signed guitar or signed album cover. You might decide on purchasing a signed basketball or jersey from a famous sport star. Then there’s movie memorabilia signed by a movie star from someone’s favourite movie. The choices are endless and the best and safest place to purchase signed memorabilia is HollywoodMemorabilia.com. Prices at HollywoodMemorabilia.com are reasonable and the item is certified and guaranteed, you also get free shipping to most areas and I highly recommend checking them out.

For a more affordable option, eBay always has a large selection of memorabilia that also looks great displayed in the home and the choices are endless. You will find framed displayed items that are usually a limited edition that look awesome, to concert memorabilia and hard to find posters and magazines. Everything is reasonably priced and may come with free shipping as well. You will see signed items for sale, I recommend taking precaution though as some items maybe fake and not what is actually described. Before purchasing it might be a good idea to read my article on safely shopping for memorabilia on eBay.

Signed Memorabilia As An Investment.

Maybe you might be considering by signed memorabilia as an investment or to add or start a collection. Like fine art, Signed memorabilia is known to increase in value. I think the best example of that is the recent and sad loss of Kobe Bryant in that horrible helicopter crash. The prices for Kobe Bryant Autographed Memorabilia skyrocketed reaching up to be worth over a million dollars for some more rare items that had historical meaning.

The demand for his memorabilia also went through the roof and even weeks after people are still paying huge money to get their hands on anything Kobe signed. Same thing happened when Michael Jackson died and even to this day prices are much higher for his signed memorabilia than they were before he died in 2009 and they keep increasing. So even as investment Autographed Memorabilia can be a great choice for you that could see some great returns in profit.

  1. Hi, I am a guitarist. I’ve been playing for about 6 years. I love the Rolling Stones, and I am currently learning A few of their songs. I’m learning – play with fire, Paint It Black, Jumpin Jack Flash. I’m also learning Give Me Shelter. the Rolling Stones has A very unique and awesome feel to their music. they are legends for a reason, and I love their music.

    • Hi Jake thanks for the comment and you picked some awesome songs there to learn. I learnt to play Satisfaction as a kid because it was quite easy.

  2. The Rolling Stones were an institution (the group was more than the exclusive integration of unic components, where missing one would represent the group complete desintegration).

The British Invasion was a social phenomenon that market a decade. Answering your question: depends on the price, if I’m getting it as an investment or for my own enjoyment. Memorabilia may be original or not. For the first case, of course great deal of research needs to take place (more if bought as an investment). If is a cheap, memorabilia could be expected to be replica (Wich is not too bad as what you want is the memories associated to the item).

Thanks a. Lot for making me travel back in time to see and hear my mother favorite songs!

  3. Hi there! Rolling Stone is really a great band group. Their songs are just great choice. I heard some of their songs. From there ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’ is my most favorite.
I did not much thing about this band. Through this article I could know about them in details. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful article. I would share this article in my social media.

  4. Who hasn’t heard of the Rolling Stones – the hard-hitting band that crossed paths on the charts with the Beatles almost 50 years ago.  The Stones were truly bad boys of rock for their time who shaped 20th-century music as my generation knew it.  Their music defined the time and the generation – any authentic piece of that journey would be treasured.   I appreciate the care you have taken in writing this post.  You not only brought back some great memories you provided some very sound advice on collecting and selling memorabilia.   The fear I have was finding a reputable dealer, Hollywood Memorabilia sounds like a great choice.   In addition to what you recommended to look out for, do you have any specific advice for purchasing items from Amazon or eBay?
